The DTU is the brain of the NCCS (Nanolux Cloud Control System) that wirelessly communicates and controls all of the selected functions in the grow room.

c. Scan QR code on the back of DTU to register.
d. Connect the DTU with your cellphone via Bluetooth.
e. Set DTU Wi-Fi through NCCS APP.
f. Plug RTUs into USB ports on ballasts.
g. Control DTU through Wi-Fi/Bluetooth.
The RTU might be disconnected, or broken if there is no reminder when RTU is plugged into DTU. Please try another one.
Yes, it is. The DTU time will be in sync with your cellphone via Bluetooth. Even if there is no power to the DTU, it will be able to hold the time sync for 2-3 years.

The RTU (Remote Terminal Unit) is the data transmitter that is inserted into the Nanolux ballasts and controllers. This allows them to communicate with the DTU. The RTU acts as a communications relay to execute the commands stored in the DTU.

a. Normally, it will not have an effect on DTU when uploading the data packet via NCCS APP.
b. Once the data packet is uploaded, it will take just 5 seconds to update. If it fails during this period, press the reset button.
